Boulder Therapy Center offers individual, couples and family therapy from a variety of well trained, experienced and compassionate therapists. Our therapists have a variety of theoretical backgrounds and skill sets ranging from cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, mindfulness based, experiential, DBT, ACT, body-centered, narrative and integrative approaches.
It is important to find a therapist who is a ‘good fit’ for you – meaning that you feel comfortable or ‘click’ with their personality and also that you find their skill set to be a good match with your needs.
